Plot 

Timmy (Jacob Fletcher) and Brandon (Rod Westheider) gets into another fight resulting to Timmy calling the cops to arrest Brandon then gets into a huge fight with Justin Bieber meanwhile Jimmy gets a Girlfriend named Kelly Groves (Emily O’Connell) on the other hand Allen watches over the bank for Josh so He can eat lunch but Josh made a huge mistake having Allen running the show
